Refund and Returns Policy

 

Overview

You can exchange any product purchased from MASTOOR within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the item is faulty, defective, or spoiled upon delivery.
  • Incorrect Description: If the item does not match the original product description or differs from what you ordered.
  • Notification Period: You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at (__________@gmail.com) or messaging us on Instagram (_______) to raise a dispute. Each dispute is individually assessed at MASTOOR.

How to Return

  • Defective Items: For items that are defective, faulty, or damaged, email photographic evidence to (_______@gmail.com) within 7 days of purchase. We will make sure to process your claim and provide a replacement if applicable.
  • Return Process: To return a product, please dispatch the parcel to our warehouse address and inform us about your returned package. Once we receive and investigate the parcel, we will process your return.
  • Exchange Process: For exchanges, once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and send the desired exchange product to your provided address as soon as possible.

Conditions That May Prevent Returns and Exchanges:

  • Requests made outside the specified time frame: If you don’t request within the 7 days of purchase, we will not assist any exchange or return.
  • Products damaged due to use: If we assess any product damaged due to use, we will not be responsible to exchange or return it.
  • Size issues: There is no size issue regarding our products because we sale the products in one size fits all.
  • Tampered products: We will not make any exchange if the products are:
  1. Opened or Broken Sealed: The product’s original packaging is spoiled or its sealed have been opened.
  2. Modified Products: The products is altered or modified itself e.g. its parts have been changed, removed or modified.
  3. Physical Damage: The product shows the signs of wear, used or damage as it hadn’t when it was sold.
  4. Modifies Labels or Tags: If the tags, labels or barcodes have been removed, changed or replaced.
  5. Repackaged Product: If the item is repackaged in another box or container instead of the packet sent by the seller.

Additional Information:

  • No Refunds: MASTOOR does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees on purchased items.
  • Exchange Process: To exchange a product, dispatch the parcel to our warehouse address and inform us that you have returned the package. Once we receive and inspect the parcel, we will send the desired exchange product to your provided address.
  • Cost Responsibility: We do not cover any costs associated with changes and exchanges caused by customer error. As we operate on marginal profits, covering costs for customer mistakes is not feasible for us as a company. But the delivery charges might be applied to farther areas.
